GLOBAL OPPORTUNISTIC

Everest Capital Global employs a thematic investment strategy that combines top-down and bottom-up approaches to invest principally in equities, but may also invest across other asset classes such as currencies, commodities and debt. The strategy invests opportunistically to exploit investment themes, growth opportunities and shorter term valuation inefficiencies in developed and emerging markets.  

Everest Capital Diversified Alpha employs a thematic investment strategy that combines top-down and bottom-up approaches to invest across equities, fixed income, currencies and commodities. The strategy invests opportunistically to exploit investment themes, growth opportunities and shorter term valuation inefficiencies primarily in emerging markets. Everest Capital Diversified Alpha seeks to maintain a low net equity exposure.

REGIONAL

Everest Capital Asia combines top-down thematic and bottom-up fundamental approaches to investing in the Asia Pacific region. The strategy invests principally in equities, but may also invest across other asset classes such as currencies, commodities and debt to exploit investment themes, growth opportunities and shorter term valuation inefficiencies of companies affected by economic dynamics in the Asia Pacific region.

Everest Capital China Opportunity employs a thematic investment strategy that combines top-down and bottom-up approaches to investing and seeks to capture the economic effects of China’s consumption and investment on a domestic, regional and global basis. The strategy invests principally in equities but may also invest across other asset classes such as currencies, commodities and debt.

Everest Capital Latin America Opportunity combines top-down thematic and bottom-up fundamental approaches to investing in the Latin America region. The strategy invests principally in equities, but also may invest across other asset classes such as currencies, commodities and debt to exploit investment themes, growth opportunities and shorter term valuation inefficiencies of companies affected by economic dynamics in the Latin America region.

EMERGING MARKETS

Everest Capital Emerging Markets employs a thematic investment strategy that combines top-down and bottom-up approaches to invest principally in equities, but may also invest across other asset classes such as currencies, commodities and debt. The strategy invests opportunistically in emerging markets worldwide to exploit investment themes, growth opportunities and shorter term valuation inefficiencies in these markets.

Everest Capital Emerging Markets Debt seeks capital appreciation by investing long and short primarily in fixed income securities issued by emerging and frontier market sovereigns and companies with primary operations or revenues from those markets. In addition to fixed income investments the Fund may also invest in currency, interest rate and other instruments.

Everest Capital Global Emerging Equity employs a thematic investment strategy that combines top-down and bottom-up approaches to invest in equities, taking into account our views from research in other asset classes such as currencies, commodities and debt. The strategy invests opportunistically in emerging and frontier markets worldwide to exploit investment themes, growth opportunities and valuation inefficiencies in these markets.

FRONTIER MARKETS

Everest Capital Frontier Markets utilizes a fundamental research approach to investing in smaller developing economies and less established markets around the world. The strategy invests principally in equities but may also invest across other asset classes such as currencies, commodities and debt. The strategy invests opportunistically to capitalize on short-term valuation inefficiencies and long-term growth prospects in these under-researched markets.

Everest Capital Frontier Markets Equity utilizes a fundamental research approach to investing in smaller developing economies and less established markets around the world. The strategy invests in equities on a long only basis and does not use leverage. The strategy invests opportunistically to capitalize on short-term valuation inefficiencies and long-term growth prospects in these under-researched markets.

Everest Capital Frontier Markets Fixed Income seeks long term capital appreciation and a 5% annual income distribution (with an optional share class that reinvests income) by investing primarily in fixed income securities issued by frontier market sovereigns and companies located in or substantially impacted by those markets. The strategy invests opportunistically using a top-down approach to capitalize on frontier markets macro themes. We then employ a bottom-up approach to identify the best opportunities in the target markets.
